Frasers Property are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the Corporate Human Resources (HR) team based in our Rhodes Office for a 5 month maximum term contract commencing in August. Part time candidates are encouraged to apply and specify their preferred working arrangement in the application. 

Reporting to the General Manager HR, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for delivering recruitment outcomes in accordance with the HR and Recruitment strategy. 

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with all levels of management to deliver an end to end recruitment service
  • Delivering pro-active sourcing strategies
  • Managing recruitment suppliers
  • Coaching managers on best practice recruitment methodology
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics
  • Providing consultation and advice on a range of recruitment and HR related issues
  • HR and recruitment administration

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • Prior experience working in both in-house and external/agency recruitment
  • Demonstrated capability to deliver across a broad range of roles and industries
  • Working knowledge of employment law, contracts and Awards
  • Certification with psychometric assessment/skills testing  products will be considered highly advantageous
  • Well-developed relationship, negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Flexibility for interstate travel as required
