We are seeking an outstanding graduate to join our 2020 Graduate Program in Brisbane. This program provides a chance to gain exposure to one of our core business areas with mentoring and coaching from highly regarded industry professionals over a 15 month rotational program.
About the program:
The program will be completed over 15 months and you will experience three rotations within our Residential business unit. The rotations will include a three month placement in Sales & Marketing; and two six month placements in Built Form and Land/Master Planned Communities.
Each of the placements will carry key learning outcomes and competency requirements with a view to assisting graduates to find work in their preferred area upon completion of the program.
We are seeking to appoint one graduate in Brisbane with a commencement date of 3 February 2020.
The successful candidates will have:
- Completed in 2019, a degree in either Property Economics, Property, Construction Management, Project Management and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications
- Record of academic success
- A passion for commencing your career in the Property industry
- Excellent communication skills
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable attitude and be a team player
