Our Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Finance team is currently seeking an Accountant to join the team based in our Rhodes Office. You will report to and work closely with the Finance Manager of the C&I division to deliver monthly results, corporate reporting, divisional forecasts, internal/external audits and support the construction teams with any finance related queries.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Processing monthly accounting journal entries
  • Driving ongoing financial performance of projects and setting project forecasts with the business
  • Ownership for the delivery of the financial results for development pipeline and other business-related reports
  • Assist with annual budget and quarterly revised annual forecast (RAF)
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports and slides
  • Delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual results to the Corporate team
  • Provide commercial insight to support the project teams
  • Create a work environment based on mutual respect and willingness to assist in achieving Frasers objectives

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Finance and/or Accounting
  • Currently planning or undertaking CPA or CA qualification as minimum
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel skills and experience with SAP (highly advantageous)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and expand knowledge base
