Our Residential line of business are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Contract Administrator to join the Sales & Marketing team based in our St Kilda Road Office. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Senior Sales Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the contract of sale administration in liaison with development teams and customer care teams within the business.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Processing contract of sale and updating within the system (SAP), checking accuracy, completeness and compliance including variation
  • Management of customer loyalty rewards program including set up of customer accounts and ongoing validation, processing of referrals
  • Contract of sale nominations including processing nominations, investigation of nomination impact on rewards within linked opportunities, updating of database
  • Coordination of property settlements
  • Liaising with internal and external parties relating to settlement notifications
  • Preparation of rebate or variation reports, coordination of settlement extension requests
  • Processing 3rd party selling agent agreements
  • Validation and processing of sales commission payments
  • Stock management including set up of new stages in SAP and updating accordingly

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • A demonstrated knowledge of contract of sale administration related to residential property
  • Previous administration experience in a real estate or property environment
  • An understanding of the VIC conveyancing process highly regarded
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to read and write Mandarin will be considered highly advantageous but not essential
