Our Investment line of business are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented individual to join the Asset Management Team as a casual Concierge at our retail centres Ed. Square Town Centre in Edmondson Park and ECQ in Eastern Creek. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Concierges will be responsible for maximising the customer experience.

The role will be arranged on flexible weekly rosters – across weekdays and weekends, depending on customer visitation peak hours/days. Core days and times are Saturdays and Sundays from 12.00pm to 8.00pm. Ideally, candidates will be available on Mondays too. Occasional availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10.00am to 6.00pm is desirable but not essential.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with customers’ enquiries, including giving directions, trading hours, facilities available etc
  • Handling customer complaints or issues that may arise
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with administration tasks
  • Preparing shift reports on retail tenant issues, customer issues, etc
  • Making recommendations to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining strong relationships with retailers, contractors, suppliers and the team

As the ideal applicant, you will possess:

  • Outstanding customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain resilience
  • Professional presentation and an enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to service customers from a wide range of diverse backgrounds
  • Attention to detail, and ability to show initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound administration skills, and strong abilities in MS Office
