Our Investments and Capital Transactions line of business is currently seeking a passionate Retail Marketing Manager to join the team, based at our newly operational site Ed.Square Town Centre. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing strategy and implementation for our retail asset in Edmondson Park.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include but be not limited to:

  • Preparing and executing strategic annual marketing plan
  • Identifying key retail trends and using market insights to forecast and develop event concepts and engaging communications campaigns in a COVID safe environment
  • Developing annual marketing budget in line with the centre business and marketing plan
  • Developing key relationships with the centre manager, external partners and stakeholders
  • Ensuring finance functions are accurate including monthly reconciliation and expense forecasting
  • Managing owned media, PR and advertising
  • Undertaking market research and competitor reviews as required
  • Driving strong community engagement and relationships with commercial partners
  • Driving retailer relationships to support local area marketing and maximise tenant performance
  • Reporting on key performances indicators

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Demonstrated marketing experience within retail / shopping centres
  • Intermediate skills with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Indesign/Illustrator will be considered highly advantageous
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion to achieve excellent sales and customer service results
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable attitude and be a team player
