We are looking for a strategic powerhouse to join us as Project Marketing Manager in NSW. This is a 12-month parental leave cover, perfect for a marketer ready to step in and make an immediate impact.

The Opportunity

You won't just be filling a seat. Working with the State Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Director, you will drive the vision for select NSW developments. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you will blend creativity with commercial strategy to hit sales targets and maintain our premium brand image.

What you’ll do

• Strategise: Craft and execute sharp project marketing strategies, covering vision, media, selling strategy, marketing plan and promotion.
• Analyse: Deep dive into market research, buyer profiles, and competitor intel to optimise pricing and product mix, and achieve project metrics.
• Create: Develop compelling collateral and sales tools that aid and empower our sales teams to convert.
• Manage: Oversee marketing budgets, media planning, social media, as well as PR and communications and ensure every piece of branding meets our high corporate standards.
• Collaborate: Partner with Customer Care, Community Development and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: 2+ years in Project Marketing within the Property Development industry (Real Estate, New Home, or Land sales).
• Qualifications: A degree in business or marketing.
• Mindset: You are strategic, analytical, and commercially minded.
• Communication: You can negotiate effectively and build strong relationships fast.
• Drive: You are proactive, creative, and strategic, and love the buzz of event management and hitting targets.
