At Frasers Property Australia, you’re joining a business with over 100 years of placemaking heritage, known for delivering award-winning, community-focused developments.

Our focus isn’t just buildings, it’s creating connected, sustainable, people-first communities where residents genuinely want to live.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Project Sales Manager who can build trust, guide buyers and convert with confidence.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, multi-stage development and take ownership of on-site sales performance.

In this role, you’ll own the sales journey end-to-end turning enquiry into deals while delivering a polished, high-quality experience at every touchpoint. You’ll be working with a mix of owner occupiers and investors, building trust quickly and guiding them through to confident decisions. At the same time, you’ll build strong relationships with channel agents and stay close to the marketing side of the business, contributing to social media activity and campaigns that keep enquiry flowing.

How you will make an impact

  • Take full ownership of on-site performance, driving consistent results against sales targets while maintaining deal momentum through to exchange.
  • Be the go-to for buyers, managing enquiries with urgency and care while keeping CRM data sharp, accurate and up to date.
  • Bring the project to life in a way that resonates, helping buyers connect with what makes Midtown a more connected way of living in an award winning urban neighbourhood.
  • Run a premium display suite experience ensuring every visit reflects the quality and attention to detail expected of the Frasers Property brand.
  • Build strong, productive relationships across channel agents and internal stakeholders to maximise opportunity and pipeline.
  • Stay close to the market: Deliver sharp competitor analysis and local market insights within the NSW high-density sector to optimize product, pricing, and buyer trends.
  • Keep deals moving: confidently handling contracts, process and compliance to deliver smooth, professional outcomes for buyers.

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who builds trust easily and takes a thoughtful, structured approach to your work. You stay organised, follow things through and understand that strong results come from consistency, preparation and attention to detail.

  • Proven experience in residential project sales or high-density apartment sales
  • A current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong ability to engage, influence and close, across a mix of owner occupiers and investors
  •  Confidence navigating contracts, process and the buyer journey with minimal support
  • Solid understanding of NSW conveyancing and residential sales frameworks
  • High attention to detail and professionalism across both presentation and process
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded to support key buyer demographics

Why join Frasers Property Australia?
