The opportunity:

Due to ongoing growth across our team, we have a newly created opportunity within our Brisbane team for an Office Assistant to support the smooth operations of our day-to-day office in our new, state of the art West End offices.

We are seeking somebody with a passion for creating positive experiences and a drive for excellence in customer service, who keen and curious to learn on the job. You will be provided with full training and ongoing mentoring from our amazing team.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Admin support including email management, expenses, travel arrangements and staff rewards programs
  • Assisting with events management including working with the social committee for event coordination, team functions, organising catering and set up and pack down
  • Working with the Property Management team to ensure property keys are ready for collection and returned appropriately
  • OH&S support for the QLD office including Fire Warden and/or First Aid Officer
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with building management
  • Concierge / Front of House management – creating an excellent first impression for front of house
  • Meet and Greet of all visitors both face to face and over phone and email enquiries

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: 

  • Demonstrated experience within a customer facing role, preferably within a corporate environment
  • A relationship builder who thrives in a people facing role and has a can-do attitude
  • A desire to build a long and successful career with an eagerness to learn and develop on the job
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
