Bring vibrant, connected neighbourhoods to life across NSW

At Frasers Property Australia, we believe that home is a feeling, and a place where community spirit matters. International in scale but local at heart, our reputation and legacy are built on 100 years of Australian placemaking. When you join us, you become part of an unwavering commitment to excellence, quality, and care.

Together, we create stronger, smarter, and happier neighbourhoods that are connected, diverse, sustainable, and beautiful. From large-scale mixed-use developments to world-class lifestyle precincts, everything we do is designed to enhance the way people live life together.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing NSW Development marketing team based in Sydney (Rhodes Head Office). Reporting directly to the State Marketing Manager and working closely with our Project Marketing Managers, you will play an integral role in supporting the planning, execution, and administration of multi-channel marketing campaigns across our premier residential and mixed-use portfolio.

This dynamic role balances creative digital execution with hands-on, on-the-ground project delivery. From coordinating social media, EDMs, and property listings to visiting sales offices and supporting major customer releases, you will be in the engine room of campaigns that directly drive buyer enquiry and reinforce our premium brand.

How you will make an impact

  • Campaign Coordination & Brand Integrity: Assist with the development, proofreading, and production of high-quality marketing collateral, brochures, advertising, and on-site signage. Liaise with creative, PR, and media agencies to ensure all campaign assets align seamlessly with Frasers Property brand standards.
  • Digital & Social Media Engagement: Draft and schedule compelling content across project social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), coordinate eDM campaigns, and maintain website content. Manage timely, high-impact property listings across key portals like realestate.com.au, Domain, and internal stock search tools.
  • On-the-Ground Project Execution: Regularly visit NSW project sales suites and display villages to ensure visual merchandising, point-of-sale displays, and customer touchpoints are immaculate, up to date, and ready for launch events and sales releases.
  • Reporting & Operational Administration: Track lead volumes, campaign performance, and competitor activity to compile monthly enquiry reports. Manage day-to-day marketing operations by processing invoices, raising purchase orders in SAP, and maintaining centralized digital asset libraries (photography, drone footage, and renders).

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real. You will also bring:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, with property, developer, or agency experience highly regarded. (Graduates with relevant internships or student placement experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Qualifications & Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for regular travel to project sites across Sydney.
  • Digital & Technical Skills: Practical familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and eDM tools. Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM principles is advantageous.
  • Communication & Organisation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, proofreading accuracy, and the ability to manage competing project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude, creative curiosity, and the initiative to take ownership of tasks and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
