We are currently seeking a driven and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team based in Melbourne.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in administering the planning and execution of marketing activities for the division. Working closely with Project Marketing Managers, you will ensure our marketing campaigns are delivered within agreed budgets and timeframes while consistently reflecting our high-quality corporate image.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will support the sales function, drive digital engagement, and regularly visit relevant sales offices and sites to see your marketing plans come to life.

What you’ll do

• Campaign Execution: Continually monitor and review promotional plans, ensuring all advertising, press releases, point-of-sale, and merchandising materials are of the highest quality and produced on time.
• Digital & eCommerce: Manage social media platforms, assist with eDM messages, ensure web content is accurate, and update property listings in a timely manner.
• Sales Support & Analytics: Assist with sales releases, monitor lead volumes and conversions, track competitor activity, and provide monthly enquiry and activity reports for each project.
• CRM & Systems Administration: Utilise content management systems and listing platforms to manage online listings, alongside handling CRM reporting and list extraction.
• Brand & Customer Experience: Proactively participate in customer communication and service improvements to ensure customer expectations are met and our corporate brand is exceptionally maintained.

What you’ll bring

• Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role is required, alongside strong digital marketing experience including the development of eDMs, social marketing, and web content management.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the property industry (such as real estate, new home builder, or developer) will be highly regarded.
• Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Requirements: A current driver’s licence and access to a motor car is essential for site visits.
• Technical Skills: A strong level of computer literacy with the MS Office suite. Experience in other marketing tech systems or CRMs is well regarded.
• Attributes: You are a proactive team player with high ethical standards, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for achieving excellent business results.
