The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Project Sales Manager to join the Sales team at our harbourside development located in Shell Cove. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales professional with outstanding customer service skills.

The Project Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting the value proposition to our prospective and repeat clients, and in utilising well developed sales techniques, provides a necessary level of customer service throughout the sales process, from exchange to settlement.

The Project Sales Manager is expected to act in a professional and ethical manner, promoting a customer first culture and building strong relationships with customers, third party channels and industry stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Service and manage all customer enquiries throughout the sales process e.g. settlement timing, moving of settlement date, etc.
  • Action opportunities generated from all channels within agreed timeframes
  • Foster stakeholder relationships that assist and support the achievement of projected monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify and cultivate alternative sales channels
  • Develop and strengthen business relationships with third party channels that are facilitating our objectives of selling property in the project
  • Complete market research as directed to ensure market segmentation for all projects are correctly profiled
  • Manage the sales office (including arriving 30 minutes earlier to ensure optimal customer experience i.e. temperature, cleanliness, currency of information, display, etc.)
  • Monitor the overall presentation of the estate i.e. estate signage, POS, sales tools, etc.
  • Promote a customer first culture and ensure customer expectations are met

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Professional presentation and outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Real Estate Licence/Licensee highly desirable
  • Understanding of Legal and Conveyancing Processes
  • Real Estate Contract writing capabilities
  • Extensive experience in the Property Development Industry (Real Estate sales, New Home sales, Land sales)
