The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties. You won’t just be ticking boxes; you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic solutions to maximize their returns and mitigate risks.

What you’ll do

• Portfolio Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations for 150 residential properties in line with KPIs.
• Inspections & Maintenance: Coordinating and conducting entry, routine, and final inspections to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standard.
• Financial Oversight: Managing daily rent arrears, issuing legislative notices, and conducting market appraisals for renewals and new tenancies.
• Relationship Building: Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring timely and professional advice.
• Leasing: Managing the leasing process to secure high-quality tenancies.

What you’ll bring

We value attitude and a willingness to succeed just as much as technical skill. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised professional who thrives in both autonomous and collaborative settings.

• A valid Property Management Registration (or a genuine willingness to obtain one).
• Previous experience within the real estate industry.
• A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a current police clearance.
• Strong communication (verbal and digital), creative problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
