We’re seeking a motivated Reception/Office Assistant to join our Brisbane team. This is your opportunity to be the backbone of our office, ensuring a smooth-running workplace and a professional, positive experience for all staff and visitors at our state of the art West End offices. We are seeking somebody with a passion and drive for excellence in customer service, who is keen and curious to learn on the job. You will be provided with full training and ongoing mentoring from our amazing team.

The Opportunity

You’ll help ensure our Brisbane office runs smoothly and seamlessly on a day-to-day basis. You’ll provide vital office and administrative support to a team of busy professionals, setting the foundation for a professional and positive experience for staff and visitors.

What you’ll do

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a polite, timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the office inbox, mail distribution, and courier requirements.
  • Assist with coordinating office events, functions, and catering.
  • Provide broad administrative support, including booking travel, managing expenses, and setting up new vendors.
  • Ensure the kitchen, meeting rooms, and reception areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
  • Liaise with the Building Manager for basic maintenance and support OH&S compliance by keeping Fire Warden and First Aid Officer details current.
  • Work with IT to ensure new starters are set up for their first day.

  • A proactive mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • A willingness to assist the broader team on an as-needs basis.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office.
