We’re seeking a Retail Investment Analyst to join our high-performing Investment & Capital Transactions team, supporting the management of our $1.2bn national investment portfolio — including five brand new retail shopping centres and eight commercial office buildings.
This role is your chance to combine financial acumen, market insight, and strategic thinking to help shape decisions that drive long-term value. From analysing potential leases and valuations to developing portfolio performance metrics and reporting, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our investment strategies are informed, accurate, and forward-looking. This role can be performed from either Sydney (Rhodes) or Melbourne.
Valuation experience and/or professional exposure to the retail property market will be highly regarded.
