The opportunity:  

Our Finance Shared Services team is looking for a Shared Services Representative – Accounts Payable to join us in Rhodes, NSW. Reporting to the Shared Services Team Leader – Accounts Payable, this role is key in delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely financial services while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial.

What You’ll Do 

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Process a variety of Accounts Payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Use ERP systems (ideally SAP) and technology to enhance workflows and efficiency.
• Identify and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Support team performance analysis, work allocation, and service improvements.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in Accounts Payable or finance-related roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A passion for helping others and working collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
