The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management team at our Wolli Creek (Discovery Point) residential development. Reporting to the National Property Manager, you will help manage our residential portfolio.

Your dedication to exceptional property management will help property owners optimize their investments and ensure tenants feel supported and at home, fostering a strong sense of community and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Property Manager with managing a portfolio of residential properties.
Manage daily rent arrears and issue notices as required by legislation and client instructions.
Coordinate and conduct routine and ongoing inspections.
Ensure all leases and management agreements are current and valid, including negotiating with relevant parties.
Respond to tenant maintenance requests and liaise with landlords and contractors to resolve issues.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Review rent for new tenancies and renewals by conducting market appraisals and advising landlords.
Advertise properties online.
Liaise with potential tenants, conduct weekly viewings, and update landlords throughout the leasing process.
What We're Looking For:
A current Assistant Agent - Registration Certificate or Real Estate Agent Licence, or willingness to obtain.
Previous experience in Residential Real Estate, preferably in Property Management.
Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously.
Excellent reporting, negotiating, and communication skills.
Current Police Clearance, driver’s licence, and own reliable car are essential.
Availability to work Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a weekday off in lieu.
