In this 12 month contract role, you will play a pivotal role in driving deliverables of our Corporate Finance Team.

Your Opportunity:

As a Finance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the success of our corporate finance function, including group reporting to our senior management and parent entity in Singapore.  You’ll enjoy collaborating with broader finance teams to ensure all reporting deadlines are met, including statutory year end reporting as well as business partnering within the group such as the Corporate Transactions Team and the Real Utilities business in providing accounting and financial advice. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Month-End & Financial Reporting – Oversee financial accounting operations, including corporate and Real Utilities requirements, ensuring accurate month-end results and reconciliations.
• Financial Statements & Compliance – Manage consolidated monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory and executive deadlines.
• External Audit Coordination – Work closely with business divisions and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process and address financial reporting issues.
• Projects & Technical Accounting – Lead initiatives to streamline group reporting, research new accounting standards, and provide technical accounting guidance.
• Team Leadership & Development – Mentor and support team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performing finance team.
• Stakeholder & Business Partnering – Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and strategic support.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and improve reporting, enhancing team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree qualified (major in Business, Economics, Finance/ Accounting)
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
• Strong technical accounting capability and experience in financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial analysis and Excel
• Attention to detail, passion for process improvement, and excellent time management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
