Your Opportunity:

As a Finance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the financial success of major development projects. You’ll provide commercial and technical financial support to project teams, deliver accurate forecasts and reports, and help maximize profitability. With three direct reports, you’ll have the chance to mentor and inspire a high-performing team, while collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide and support your team, setting an example of Frasers' values.
  • Provide Commercial Insight: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver financial advice that supports and drives project success.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead project and portfolio forecasts, ensuring accurate financial reports and insights for effective project monitoring and decision making.
  • Project Ownership Structures: Advise on optimal project structures and financial implications.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare insightful financial reports and provide monthly and quarterly business updates to the development business and corporate stakeholders.
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of financial records and support internal and external audits.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and improve reporting, enhancing team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • CPA/CA or equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in property finance, ideally within residential development
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and Excel
  • Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
  • Attention to detail, passion for process improvement, and excellent time management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
