Nowhere is this more evident than at Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ), a mixed-use retail precinct anchored by Greater Western Sydney’s first Outlet shopping centre. To drive the centre’s success and create a best-in-class customer experience, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our Frasers Property team, based on site at ECQ.
The Opportunity
This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to support the Marketing Manager in delivering centre-wide campaigns, events, and community initiatives to drive centre sales and traffic. You will play a key role in delivering tactical marketing campaigns and shaping engaging outcomes that create an innovative and welcoming customer experience. This is a hands-on role involving direct customer and retailer interaction at a dynamic retail precinct.
What you’ll do

Coordinate campaigns and events, assisting with the seamless execution and timely delivery of all centre-wide marketing initiatives.

Implement the digital and communications strategy across owned, earned, and paid media, delivering key messages for maximum impact.

Champion retailer engagement, leading the relationship with all ECQ retailers and coordinating engagement programs such as Retailer Academy sessions.

Drive customer insights and reporting, administering post-campaign reports, tracking key KPIs, and leveraging customer data to inform marketing strategy.

Provide essential marketing support by managing relationships with external suppliers, assisting with budget management, and contributing ideas to the annual marketing plan.

Embrace a hands-on role as part of the duty manager roster commencing from grand opening of the outlet, which will require you to work a weekend on a periodic basic, compensated with time in lieu.
What you’ll bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, retail, or communications role is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline are preferable but not essential; relevant on-the-job experience will be considered.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting and editing for various channels.
- An enthusiastic, proactive, and eager approach to contributing ideas and taking initiative.
- A flexible, adaptable, and collaborative attitude suited to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with tools like Canva, Meltwater, or Meta Business Suite is desirable.
