Our Property Management team is central to upholding this reputation, ensuring our residents and investors receive an exceptional level of service. To support our growing portfolio, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our dedicated team.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to manage a premium portfolio of residential properties, primarily consisting of tidy, unfurnished apartments. You'll be a key advisor to our clients, focused on building strong relationships, providing solutions, and maximising rental returns. With the backing of a supportive manager and the latest systems, you'll have everything you need to succeed and grow your career with us.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a diverse portfolio, carrying out the day-to-day operations of residential properties within the Frasers Property portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and owners through excellent communication and outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including creating attractive online advertising, conducting viewings, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
  • Handle all property management tasks, including daily rent arrears management, coordinating routine inspections, and resolving tenant maintenance requests.
  • Provide expert advice to clients by reviewing rents, completing market appraisals, and offering professional solutions to mitigate loss and manage outgoings.

What you’ll bring

  • A current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • A valid driver's license and your own reliable car for travel to properties.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Great attention to detail and solid computer literacy.

Why join Frasers Property Australia?

  • Full support and training tailored to your experience level, with an experienced and supportive department manager.
  • A purpose-led culture where you’ll feel connected, valued, and part of a team with a great company culture.
  • Excellent resources, including a dedicated trust account team and the latest property management systems and processes.
  • Clear career progression with opportunities for growth within the department.
  • Tools for the job, with a laptop, mobile phone, and parking provided.

If you're ready to take the next step in your property management career with a company that values its people and communities, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button.
