  • Assist the Financial Controller in delivering consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Oversee the preparation of audited financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Support the preparation of corporate forecasts and provide financial analysis, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage the external audit process across business divisions.
  • Participate in strategic projects and research and draft technical accounting papers for new transactions.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial accounting, reporting, or audit within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Completed CPA or CA qualification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise with practical experience applying standards to complex transactions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build professional relationships and present financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, and working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

Why join Frasers Property Industrial?
