The Frasers Property Finance Graduate Program
The Frasers Property graduate program enables recent graduates to explore the property industry with a well-established and diverse organisation. The Finance Graduate program runs for two years, consisting of four six-month rotations designed to provide effective financial and management accounting support across our Development, Investments and Corporate functions.
You will work closely with Finance and business teams to deliver monthly results, forecasts, and corporate reporting. Your rotations will cover:
Development Finance: Reporting and analysis of project performance, journals and reconciliations, and assisting with budgets / forecasts.
Financial Accounting: Supporting month-end close, statutory reporting, and partnering with corporate functions like IT and Sustainability.
Forecasting, Planning & Analysis: Supporting Group forecasting, cashflow reporting, and key business initiatives.
Treasury: Assisting with loan administration, bank guarantees, and cash flow forecasting.
We offer a bespoke development program that complements the on-the-job experience that our graduates receive during their program and rotations to enhance their skills and experiences in the early stages of their careers.
The successful candidates will have:
Completed a Business, Commerce or Economics degree majoring in Accounting within the previous 24 months of the start date of the program (studies must be completed by January 2026).
A desire to undertake (or currently undertaking) CA / CPA qualifications.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A record of academic success.
A passion for commencing your career in the Property industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable attitude and be a team player who is looking to make a meaningful impact through their work.
Ability to commence a full-time role by February 2026.
