Be the frontline of our customer experience

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

The Opportunity

As the frontline representative for Frasers Property Australia, you will ensure that every customer interaction reflects a culture of care and professional service.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle a diverse range of inquiries related to Sales, Customer Care, Property Management, Retail, and other business units. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, with the capacity to work rostered shifts, including weekends, to meet business needs.

What you’ll do

  • Connect: Act as the initial point of contact for customer interactions via inbound phone calls, emails, and web chat.
  • Solve: Proactively identify and address customer needs, answering queries regarding residential sales, customer care, and property management, or routing them to the appropriate teams.
  • Support: Execute outbound call initiatives to support sales and service campaigns, database management, and ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate: Work cohesively with Sales, Customer Care, Property Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined customer journeys.
  • Maintain: Promptly log and document all interactions in our CRM systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Residential, Retail, and Industrial projects to deliver expert guidance.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service with an exceptional commitment to delivering excellent service outcomes. Experience in the property sector is advantageous.
  • Flexibility: The capacity to work rostered shifts, including weekends, and adapt to business needs.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
  • Presentation: A highly professional presentation and demeanour.
  • Tech Savvy: Competent in using MS Word, spreadsheets, email, and internet applications.
  • Qualifications: A property-related degree is preferred but not essential.

Why join Frasers Property Australia?

  • Join a collaborative team where you can make a tangible impact.
  • Work in a culture that values growth and provides career development opportunities.
  • Access to health & wellbeing benefits.
  • Discounts at Frasers including 50% off hospitality.
  • An inclusive and award-winning workplace culture.

If you are a problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a passion for helping people, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button.
