Be the face of Western Sydney’s newest retail destination

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging. We are currently preparing for the exciting launch of ECQ Outlet in early 2026 - Western Sydney's first large-scale outlet destination featuring up to 100 brands, dining, and entertainment.

We are looking for a professional and energetic Receptionist to join the team at Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ).

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and retailers, setting the tone for a professional and welcoming environment.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful launch of a landmark retail development. You will play a pivotal role in managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, and providing critical administrative support to ensure the centre runs smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Customer Experience: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and respond promptly to phone and email enquiries.
  • Retailer Engagement: Act as the key liaison between retailers and Centre Management for day-to-day operational enquiries and communications.
  • Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate meeting room bookings, and support the Senior Centre Manager with diary management.
  • Financial Support: Create purchase orders, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure tenant insurance compliance (PLI and Certificates of Currency).
  • Operations: Support the wider team with the launch of ECQ Outlet, assist with sales collection, and undertake regular centre inspections to maintain high presentation standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a reception, front desk, or administrative support role.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with phone systems.
  • Organisation: You are highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, and maintain a tidy and efficient reception area.
  • Attitude: You embody our values of being Collaborative, Respectful, Progressive, and Real, with a passion for delivering a welcoming experience.
  • Background: Exposure to customer-facing environments such as corporate offices, hospitality, or retail is highly regarded.

Why join Frasers Property Australia?

  • Join a collaborative team working on a major new retail asset.
  • Work in a culture that values growth and professional development.
  • Access to health & wellbeing benefits.
  • Discounts at Frasers including 50% off hospitality.
  • An inclusive and award-winning workplace culture.

If you are a proactive administrator ready to be the face of ECQ, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button.
