Guide our customers on their new home journey in Queensland

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging and places where people can thrive. We’re known for delivering exceptional communities with integrity, innovation, and sustainability at the core.

Nowhere is this more evident than in our Customer Care Team, who provide a vital link to our customers. To ensure we provide a smooth and delightful experience, we’re seeking a passionate and proactive Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our Frasers Property team in Queensland.

The Opportunity

This role is a 12-month parental leave cover contract, offering a unique opportunity to support the Customer Care Manager in delivering best-practice customer service outcomes across all Queensland projects. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers, communicating with them regularly pre and post-settlement. This is a hands-on role involving direct interaction with new property owners and liaising with the broader business including our sales, development, and construction teams.

What you’ll do

  • Manage customer communications, handling the customer care inbox and ensuring all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours with a high level of care and professionalism.
  • Guide the pre-settlement journey by keeping customers updated on project milestones, managing inspection bookings, conducting handover appointments, and preparing key packs.
  • Coordinate post-settlement support, managing the recording and rectification of defects by sending orders to builders and keeping customers updated on the status weekly.
  • Provide essential team support by attending project meetings, preparing monthly reports on customer sentiment, and managing administrative tasks such as PO creation and vendor set-up.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion to achieve excellent customer service results and promote a “Customer first” culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
  • The ability to be self-motivated, extremely well organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and experience liaising with builders and contractors.
  • A collaborative attitude with the ability to work within a team environment and take direction from the Customer Care Manager.

Why join Frasers Property Australia?

  • Work with a highly regarded and collaborative team in an award-winning workplace culture.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and develop your future career with dedicated learning & development programs.
  • An additional purchased leave program.
  • Discounts at Frasers including 50% off hospitality and a discount on residential property purchases.
  • Multiple health & wellbeing benefits.
  • A generous parental leave policy.

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make your mark by creating a delightful experience for our customers, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button.
