We are currently seeking a highly organised, pro-active and service-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is based in Rhodes with periodic days in the Sydney CBD.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be the engine room of our learning function. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating employee learning initiatives across both Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial.
You will drive the efficient operation of our development programs for our diverse workforce, providing support to employees across both businesses to ensure our programs align with their professional goals.
What you’ll do

Coordinate: Manage the end-to-end scheduling of learning programs, including maintaining L&D pages on the intranet for online registration; managing room bookings, catering, and liaising with facilitators and reception teams for seamless delivery of programs.

Communicate: Promote programs by creating engaging internal communications to engage participants and respond to program queries.

Administration: Manage participant registration and attendance in our Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate records that support our learning operations.

Onboarding – Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding programs.

Support: Coordinate the review and approval of External Study Applications, reimbursements, and professional memberships in line with policy, and maintain master employee records.

Analyse: Prepare monthly compliance reports, track and follow up on training completion, and assist with annual reporting to Group Head Office. Analyse training data to generate learning needs analysis, insights and recommend improvements

Manage: Oversee vendor relationships, including invoice management and SAP setup and administration.
What you’ll bring

Experience: Previous experience in an L&D Coordinator role with demonstrated administrative success.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Attributes: You are a reliable and proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and has a strong attention to detail.

Service Focus: A highly service-oriented approach to meeting the expectations of internal stakeholders.

Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications, or Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desired but not essential.
