The Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to advance your career with a dynamic, forward-thinking company. We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to help implement Frasers Property Industrial’s global communications strategy.
You’ll be joining an organisation that leads the way in brand excellence, customer experience, and sustainability throughout Australia, Europe, and beyond. In this role, reporting to the General Manager of Marketing & Communications, you’ll play an important part in developing and delivering both external and internal communications across Australia and Europe.
Your responsibilities will include managing the communications strategy for multiple regions to strengthen our brand, increase visibility, foster employee engagement, and drive meaningful connections with stakeholders worldwide.
What you’ll do
Lead external communications, identifying media opportunities and working with our PR agency to deliver compelling media releases, news articles, thought leadership and social media content.
Manage digital channels by overseeing our social media and PR strategy, including content creation for LinkedIn, website, and email marketing, while managing content calendars and workflows.
Drive internal engagement, leading communications around staff engagement, cultural initiatives, and delivering key internal events such as townhalls and conferences to keep teams aligned.
Create compelling content, collaborating with creative partners on marketing materials including brochures, videos, presentations, and promotional items.
Support corporate milestones, contributing to key initiatives such as Annual Reports, results announcements, and award submissions.
Monitor performance, using tools like Meltwater to track communications performance and provide reporting for analytics.
Champion brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints.
What you’ll bring
Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate, property, real estate or professional services environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, clarity and brand alignment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and produce content across multiple formats and platforms (e.g. media, digital, internal comms).
Experience working with external PR agencies and creative partners.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, media monitoring and analytics tools.
Excellent project coordination skills, with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets and competing priorities.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, high level of personal accountability, and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
