  • Tracking and analysing lead performance, competitor activity, and customer demographics
  • Keeping our websites, property listings, and social channels accurate, engaging, and up to date
  • Supporting the creation and distribution of eDMs, social media content, and project communications
  • Supporting marketing events, coordinating logistics, promotions, and stakeholder communication.
  • Using marketing systems (CRM, CMS, listing portals, release platforms) for reporting and execution
  • Visiting project sites and sales offices to ensure marketing activity is well executed and aligned
  • Working closely with sales teams to support seamless sales releases and exceptional customer experience

What you’ll bring:

  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing and customer experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
  • Analytical skills to track performance and support data-driven decision making
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude and the confidence to take initiative
  • Previous marketing experience in property, real estate, or retail preferred
  • Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, or digital marketing tools highly regarded

Why join us?

  • Be part of a supportive, high-performing marketing team
  • Work on iconic developments that shape communities
  • Flexible, inclusive workplace culture with strong development opportunities
  • Make an impact in a purpose-led organisation focused on sustainability and people
