Join Us as a Sustainability Analyst | Shape a Greener Future with Frasers Property

At Frasers Property, sustainability isn’t a buzzword—it’s at the core of who we are and what we do. We're on an ambitious journey to deliver net-zero outcomes and industry-leading ESG performance across our global property portfolio. We’re looking for a Sustainability Analyst who’s ready to make data meaningful and drive impact at scale.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Sustainability, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our ESG data ecosystem. From designing robust data frameworks to uncovering insights that inform business strategy, you’ll help power our transition to a more sustainable and resilient future.

This is more than a data role—you’ll influence decisions, enable transparency, and help us tell our sustainability story with clarity and credibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain centralised ESG data platforms across energy, waste, and water systems.
  • Lead ESG data governance: create collection protocols, quality checks, and automation workflows.
  • Analyse Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions in line with global standards (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064).
  • Develop dashboards, benchmarks, and insights that track performance and drive decision-making.
  • Support high-impact disclosures: GRESB, TCFD/ISSB, sustainability reports, and ASX/SGX requirements.
  • Partner with development and asset management teams to inform ESG strategies through data.
  • Apply predictive analytics and scenario modelling to identify risk and opportunity.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualisations and insights for executive reporting.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in ESG data analysis, sustainability reporting, or environmental management.
  • Strong skills in data platforms, analytics tools, and visualisation (Excel, Power BI, Python, etc.).
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks and disclosure standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, GHG Protocol).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • A passion for sustainability and a drive to create measurable change.

Why Frasers Property?

  • Be part of a mission-driven organisation with clear net-zero and science-based targets.
  • Work alongside industry leaders in ESG and innovation.
  • Enjoy a flexible and inclusive work culture that supports your growth and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to projects that span residential, commercial, and industrial asset classes.
  • Access ongoing professional development, training, and career progression opportunities.
