Deliver exceptional customer care across our residential portfolio

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging. We are known for delivering exceptional communities with integrity, innovation, and sustainability at the core.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager for a 12 month contract to join our Property Management team.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will carry out the day-to-day operations of the Frasers Property portfolio. In this fast-paced role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing professional solutions to maximise rental returns, mitigate loss, and manage outgoings.

You will be critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and owners, demonstrating excellent communication and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do

  • Portfolio Operations: Assist with a wide variety of property management tasks including arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit condition inspections, and maintenance management.
  • Leasing & Marketing: Manage and coordinate the advertising of rental properties, process tenancy applications to ensure timely turnarounds (minimising vacancy), and organise/conduct leasing inspections.
  • Tenant & Owner Relations: Maintain a high level of communication with owners and tenants, and conduct regular routine inspections.
  • Advisory: Provide clients with informative options and solutions to ensure great outcomes for their investments.

What you’ll bring

  • Qualifications: A valid Property Management Registration is essential, alongside proven experience in the real estate industry.
  • Requirements: You must hold a valid driver's licence, have your own reliable car (travel to properties is required), and provide a current police clearance.
  • Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and strong communication skills (verbal, face-to-face, and digital).
  • Attributes: You have a great attitude, a willingness to succeed, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. You can work efficiently both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

What we offer

  • Tailored Onboarding: Full support and training tailored to suit your experience level.
  • Operational Support: Backing from a dedicated trust account team and access to the latest property management systems and processes.
  • Tools of the Trade: Laptop, mobile phone, and parking provided.
  • Career Progression: Clear pathways for growth and development within the department.
  • The Perks: A great company culture, plus access to Frasers' broader health & wellbeing benefits and property discounts.

If you are a driven property professional looking to elevate your career with a leading developer, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button.
