Drive strategic financial analysis and support major capital transactions

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging. We are known for delivering exceptional communities with integrity, innovation, and sustainability at the core.

We are currently seeking a highly analytical and driven Commercial Analyst to join our Investments and Capital Transactions team based in Rhodes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is designed to provide comprehensive financial, analytical, research, and strategic support to the Capital Transactions team and broader Investments business.

This is a diverse and dynamic position where you will be deeply involved in various high-profile projects and transactions. It is an exceptional opportunity for a finance or property professional to leverage their analytical skills to shape major commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Financial Analysis: Drive financial modelling for potential capital transactions, including detailed scenario and sensitivity analyses. You will also prepare, review, and analyse forecast project cashflow movements.
  • Transaction Support: Compile targeted research on the property market and manage the compilation of data rooms and RFIs, ensuring absolute data integrity and completeness during transactions.
  • Loan Facility Management: Prepare Information Memorandums, manage the procurement of debt, assist with monthly drawdowns, and fulfill reporting requirements for financiers and capital partners.
  • Strategic Reporting: Assist with the preparation of internal board and investment committee papers, as well as presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective, collaborative relationships across internal teams (finance, legal, tax, development, and asset managers) and external capital partners.
  • Culture: Positively and proactively contribute to team morale, promoting our core values of being collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a finance, property investment, or valuation role will be highly regarded.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Strong financial analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • You are a confident, self-motivated problem solver with a common-sense approach. You have the flexibility to work on multiple matters, frequently reprioritise, and contribute ideas and expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong financial and general negotiation abilities.

Why join Frasers Property Australia?

  • Join a collaborative team where you can make a tangible impact on major property transactions.
  • Work in a culture that values growth, continuous improvement, and provides career development opportunities.
  • Access to health & wellbeing benefits, flexible working arrangements, and additional leave options.
  • Discounts at Frasers including 50% off hospitality and discounts on residential property purchases.
  • An inclusive and award-winning workplace culture.

If you have a strong drive to work in the property industry and are ready to take on a diverse analytical role, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button.
