We are seeking a commercially astute NSW Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive high-performance outcomes across our NSW residential portfolio.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the NSW sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and market-share targets. This is a strategic leadership role where you will implement state-level sales strategies, manage complex commercial outcomes, and ensure a seamless customer journey from contract to settlement.
