Drive the success of NSW's premier coastal master planned community

At Frasers Property Australia, we believe that home is a feeling, and a place where community spirit matters. International in scale but local at heart, our reputation and legacy are built on 100 years of Australian placemaking. When you join us, you become part of an unwavering commitment to excellence, quality, and care. Together, we create stronger, smarter, and happier neighbourhoods that are connected, diverse, sustainable, and beautiful. From large-scale mixed-use developments to renewable energy initiatives, everything we do is designed to enhance the way people live life together.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a proactive, creative, and commercial Project Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for one of our crown jewels: Shell Cove, a premier, award-winning coastal master planned community.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity designed for a marketer who thrives on bringing unique developments to life. This role offers a flexible work arrangement where you will be based out of either our Rhodes head office or our Bathurst St (Sydney CBD) office, while spending one day a week down in beautiful Shell Cove. This weekly travel to the coast is a vital and exciting part of the role, allowing you to work directly from the Shell Cove site office, collaborate with the on-site team, and stay deeply connected to local stakeholders and the physical evolution of this iconic community.

In this highly visible role, you will play a vital part in our ambition to deliver projects that people are proud to call home.

How you will make an impact

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Craft, direct, and execute high-impact project marketing strategies - encompassing vision, media planning, selling strategy, and promotional campaigns - to hit sales targets and elevate the project’s profile.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Partner closely with the State Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing Director, Customer Care, Community Development, and Joint Venture stakeholders to drive cohesive project success.
  • Commercially Driven Innovation: Deep dive into market research, consumer buyer profiles, and competitor intelligence to optimize pricing, assess product mix options, and pioneer innovative digital campaigns.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous management of marketing budgets, local PR, digital assets, and social media channels, while ensuring that all touchpoints, on-site signage, and collateral meet our premium brand standards.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, respectful, progressive, and real. You will also bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years of dedicated Project Marketing experience within the Property Development, Residential Real Estate, New Home, or Master planned Land sector.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, sound budget management, robust media-planning skills, and the capacity to coordinate community events.
  • Mindset: A highly proactive, strategic, and commercially minded approach, with a genuine love for dividing your time between corporate hubs and coastal project sites.

Together, we create…

As a property developer, we’re always creating. But it’s not just buildings and precincts - we believe the employee experience is a valuable asset which needs planning, great design, and a lot of ongoing care. Together, we create:

  • Meaningful Work: A global and diverse business means endless opportunities to work on purpose-led projects in exciting places.
  • Exciting Careers: Growth and learning opportunities, global pathways and supportive managers who ensure everyone in our business can reach their potential.
  • A Place to Belong: A brand and culture which is known widely in the industry for being purpose-led, customer focused and caring.
  • The Right Balance: Work-life balance and an employee wellbeing focus which means you can be at your best.

We offer a high-performance, professional environment where achievement is rewarded. We are proud to be a Work180 Endorsed Employer for all women, an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, and a White Ribbon Accredited workplace.

Our Commitment to You

  • Accessibility Support: We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible starting with the recruitment process. If you require any adjustments or support to participate at your best, please let us know during the application stage.
  • Unsure if you meet every requirement? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button! If you believe you’d be a great fit, we strongly encourage you to apply.
