Contracts Administrator (Sales)
At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging and places where people can thrive. As part of a multinational organisation, our brand is synonymous with integrity, innovation, and sustainability. We believe the employee experience is a valuable asset which needs planning, great design, and a lot of ongoing care.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator (Sales) to play a pivotal role in coordinating our contract of sale administration in Queensland. This position offers an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of our property sales process, bridging the gap between sales, development, and legal administration, ensuring seamless transactions and contributing to inspiring experiences and places for good.
The Opportunity
This is an essential, high-impact role dedicated to driving the success of Frasers Property Australia's QLD sales and development operations. Moving beyond standard administration, you will oversee the contract lifecycle from exchange to settlement. You will be a crucial anchor for our development, sales, and customer care teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as Frasers' panel solicitors, to achieve timely, accurate, and stress-free property settlements.
What You'll Do
-
Contract Lifecycle Management: Efficiently process new contracts of sale, ensuring absolute accuracy, complete documentation, and strict compliance with Frasers and legislative requirements.
-
Milestone Tracking: Diligently monitor contracts through critical milestones, including finance approvals, building/pest clauses, and unconditional status, and coordinate settlement dates with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Legal & Solicitor Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for external panel solicitors and conveyancers, preparing settlement reports, collecting documentation, and facilitating communication on settlement programs.
-
Financial & Stock Administration: Maintain our property stock system, processing sales commissions, statutory requirements, and contractual purchaser benefits (such as rebates).
-
Purchaser Care Programs: Administer our Care and Rewards program, managing customer accounts, validating referrals, and handling timely reward payments.
-
Settlement Readiness: Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team to prepare and distribute settlement collection notices and update price lists/sales applications.
-
Team Collaboration: Active participation in weekly sales and development meetings to present progress updates, milestone tracking, and contract status reports.
What You'll Bring
-
Relevant Experience: A background in legal administration, conveyancing (as a clerk or assistant), property law support, or specialised residential sales contracts administration is highly regarded.
-
Attention to Detail: An unwavering commitment to accuracy, document control, and data integrity (essential when handling legally binding property contracts).
-
Process-Driven Mindset: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a procedural approach to managing deadlines and contract timelines.
-
Superb Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with internal corporate teams, buyers, and external solicitors.
-
Values Alignment: A collaborative, supportive team player who aligns with our commitment to creating places where people feel they belong.
