Deliver exceptional, customer-first experiences and guide future homeowners on their journey to belonging.

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging and places where people can thrive. We are known for delivering exceptional communities with integrity, innovation, and sustainability at the core.

Our Customer Care Team is the heart of our business, acting as a vital bridge between our project delivery and our customers' dreams.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the QLD Customer Care Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, premium, and stress-free experience for our purchasers across our landmark Queensland projects. From regular communications during development to the exciting pre-settlement phase, handovers, and post-settlement care, you will be the champion of our "customer first" culture.

In this highly collaborative role, you will support key internal stakeholders (including Sales, Marketing, and Development teams) and manage critical external relationships with property owners, builders, and trades to deliver best-practice customer outcomes and build lasting pride in our communities.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Customer Communication: Manage the customer care inbox and respond to inquiries with high care, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring a 24-hour response time.

  • Guide the Pre-Settlement Journey: Keep customers updated on project milestones, manage settlement risk spreadsheets, coordinate inspection schedules, and confidently conduct pre-settlement inspections.

  • Deliver Memorable Handovers: Assist with creating handover documentation, organize key packs, schedule appointments, and conduct physical handover moments to delight our new owners.

  • Manage Post-Settlement & Defects: Record defects in the CRM system, issue rectification orders to builders/contractors, and provide proactive, weekly updates to clients until outstanding items are closed.

  • Foster Collaboration: Drive engagement with our construction and development teams to resolve customer queries swiftly and share customer sentiment insights.

  • Support Business Operations: Prepare monthly state update reports, manage CRM details, set up vendors, and handle purchase orders (POs) and monthly investor reporting.

What you’ll bring

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in a dedicated Customer Service, Property Administration, or Customer Care/Liaison role, preferably within the residential property development, real estate, or construction sectors.

  • Customer-First Passion: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to proactively manage expectations with a professional, warm, and highly caring presentation.

  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and liaise seamlessly with diverse stakeholders (from executive internal teams to builders and property owners).

  • Strong Organization & Drive: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a self-motivated approach to managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-Savviness: Comfort adopting new systems, CRM technologies (such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar), and a proactive attitude toward identifying process improvements.

  • Team Synergy: A collaborative spirit, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to take direction while showing initiative.

Why join Frasers Property Australia?

  • Meaningful Projects: A global and diverse business means endless opportunities to work on purpose-led projects in exciting places.

  • Exciting Careers: Growth and learning opportunities, global pathways, and supportive managers who ensure everyone in our business can reach their full potential.

  • A Place to Belong: A brand and culture known widely in the industry for being purpose-led, customer-focused, and caring.

  • The Right Balance: Enjoy a high-impact role while maintaining a genuine work-life balance in a hybrid environment that actively supports your personal wellbeing.

  • The Perks: Access to a wide range of health & wellbeing benefits including gym memberships, additional leave, generous parental support, and fantastic discounts (including 50% off our global hotels/serviced apartments and generous residential property discounts).
