Ed.Square is a landmark, award-winning masterplanned community defined by unmatched resident pride of place. As this legacy project embarks on its next exciting phase of residential releases, supported by the grand opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art Sales & Information Centre and Display Village, we are presented with a unique opportunity to expand our high-performing sales team, backed by a robust future pipeline.
At Frasers Property Australia, you are joining a business with over 100 years of placemaking heritage, renowned for delivering premium, community-focused developments. Our focus extends far beyond physical buildings; we are dedicated to creating connected, sustainable, people-first communities where residents genuinely thrive.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven, results-orientated Project Sales Manager who excels at building trust, guiding buyers, and converting opportunities with absolute confidence. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, multi-stage development and play a pivotal role in driving on-site sales performance.
In this role, you will take complete ownership of the customer journey, managing prospects from initial enquiry through to exchange, while delivering a polished, premium experience at every touchpoint. You will engage with a diverse buyer demographic (including owner-occupiers, first-home buyers, and seasoned investors), building rapport swiftly to guide them toward confident purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, you will foster collaborative relationships with external channel agents and work closely with our marketing team to support localised campaign and social media activities that keep enquiry pipelines active.
On offer is an attractive remuneration package, featuring a competitive base salary paired with a highly rewarding commission structure. As our Display Village is busiest when our buyers are free, weekend work is a core requirement of this role, presenting an exceptional opportunity to leverage peak visitor traffic and maximize your commission earning potential.
