We are currently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our CEO and General Counsel. This is a full-time position based in our Rhodes/City office within a Hybrid working model (3 days in office/2 days remote). We are a business that promotes flexible working solutions, so we are open to discussing alternate arrangements including a 4-day working week.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible and pivotal role dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the ongoing success of Frasers Property Australia.
You will provide seamless strategic administrative support, optimising executive time and enabling the Executive Management Team (EMT) to achieve organisational priorities. Beyond traditional support, you will take a leadership role within the Rhodes administrative team, fostering a progressive workplace culture and exceptional employee experience.
What you’ll do

Strategic Support: Manage intricate calendars and global schedules, ensuring executives’ time is focused on agreed priorities while navigating the complexities of multiple time zones. You will also effectively screen and triage incoming communications.

Travel & Events: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, as well as business functions, town hall meetings, and visits from overseas FPL Group leaders.

Documentation: Produce high-quality presentations, confidential reports, and meeting minutes, working with marketing and corporate communications where required.

Leadership: Mentor and coach the wider FPA administration staff, driving business process improvements and promoting FPA values.

Operations: Manage expenses, SAP invoice approvals, and oversee vendor relationships and subscription renewals.

Culture: Actively contribute to workplace events and initiatives that elevate the office environment and foster employee engagement.
What you’ll bring

Experience: Demonstrated administration and organisational experience at an executive level within a corporate environment.

Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) are essential with a progressive mindset and amplified appetite for all things AI.

Confidentiality: Operating with the highest level of discretion and integrity is an imperative of the position.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Board members and industry advisors.
